PLN 46 million net - this is the value of the agreement for construction by Unibep SA of two residential buildings in Poznań. The commencement of the investment is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020.

The buildings will be constructed in the area of Bukowska and Grunwaldzka streets in Poznań. The ordering party is Bukowska 18 MP sp. z o. o. Sp. k.  with its registered office in Poznań, in which Monday Development sp. z o.o., a company owned by our developer, Unidevelopment Group, holds shares.

Two buildings of 4 or 5 storeys above-ground will comprise of a total of 170 apartments, 5 service premises, and 169 garage spaces. There will be also an underground garage in the buildings. The construction is to take slightly over a year – the completion date is the fourth quarter of 2021.

- Bookowska 18 is an unusual project, even unique in many respects. It binds together all the advantages of living in a large agglomeration with the proximity of greenery and historic buildings - says Iwona Chmielewska, Sales and Marketing Director at Monday Development. - this housing estate presents many architectural solutions, not only attractive to the eye, but also increasing the utility value of the investment. The façade from the side of Bukowska Street will be covered with beautiful clinker, and windows will have shutters. The courtyard of the estate will be covered mostly with old trees growing in this place. Further on, the investment area smoothly transforms into a cosy park.

The immediate surroundings of the investment are also important here. Bookowska 18 does not border with any other residential buildings. There are historic buildings in the immediate vicinity: Willa Flora and the prestigious Secondary School No. 1, popularly called "Marcinek", and the old casino building.

The apartments will have from 1 to 4 rooms of an area from 32 to 99 sq. m. All apartments on the upper floors have been designed with balconies or terraces, and the premises on the ground floor will have gardens with an area of up to 125 sq. m. It will be a closed housing estate - with security and access control. Apart from the residential part on the ground floor of the building on the side of Bukowska street, there have been designed retail and service premises.

Sales of apartments of the Idea Omega have started. It is a housing estate in Wacyno, a city district of Radom. Unidevelopment SA has been implementing there a multi-stage housing estate investment called Osiedle Idea since 2015. Most recently the developer has presented 137 apartments with the floor area from 37 to 78 m2. What makes this investment special is its attractive location - within short distance from the very centre of the city of Radom and in close vicinity of green areas.

From the very beginning, the urban planning concept of Idea Estate assumed the creation of a coherent project that would be perfectly thought through in terms of its utility and functionality. It was especially important for the investor to preserve and take advantage of the natural values of the area. In combination with the envisaged architectural and urban solutions, the plot of over 29 ha becomes an attractive spot on the map of Radom.

The latest stage of the investment, the Omega Idea estate, will consist of two buildings of four and five storeys, with 137 apartments in total. The developer's offer includes premises of various floor area from 37 to 78 m2. Depending on the floor, the apartments will come with balconies or gardens, the latter with an area of up to 119 m2. To make the most of assets the natural landscape provides, the buildings will have the shape of a horseshoe, thus providing from the windows the view of the water reservoir surrounded by greenery. Future residents of the Idea Omega estate will have at their disposal a facility for storing bicycles and prams as well as individual storage rooms. There will be underground garages with a direct access from elevators. Parking places outside the building have also been planned. A playground located between the buildings has been planned for children.

The city district of Wacyn combines features that may be crucial for many people looking for an apartment - a short distance from the city centre and the newly built ring road, as well as the availability of commercial and service infrastructure. The city centre can be reached by bus from the nearest bus stop or in 10 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity of the investment, there are also restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, clinics, gas stations, and even a post office and fitness clubs. There is a primary school just 500 metres away, and a kindergarten 50 metres away. The proximity of recreational green areas, walking and bicycle paths will provide residents with the opportunity to relax in the bounty of nature, away from the city noise.

The first quarter of 2020 the Unibep Capital Group ended with the result in the amount of PLN 3.3 million (63% increase  y/y), with the sales level comparable with the last year - approx. PLN 347 million (5% increase compared with the same period of 2019). These results are in line with the expectations of the Management Board and are part of the plans for 2020 - wrote Leszek Gołąbiecki, President of the Management Board of the Unibep SA in a letter to shareholders.

On 5 May 2020, Budrex Sp. z o.o. from Białystok, a company from Unibep Group, signed an agreement with MOTA-ENGIL CENTRAL EUROPE SA with its registered office in Kraków for the comprehensive construction of bridge structures as part of the investment called: "Design and construction of the S61 expressway Ostrów Mazowiecka - Szczuczyn, section: "Łomża South" junction (with the junction) - "Łomża West" junction (without the junction), of length approx. 7.186 km [S61] + DK 63 [GP] 8.907 km". The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 21.67 million net. Works are to start within the next days. The completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.

On 30 April 2020, at the construction site of Unique Tower at Grzybowska Street in Warsaw a topping-out wreath was raised to its 30th floor.

The Unique Tower is one of the most prestigious constructions currently run by Unibep SA. The height of the building built in the very centre of the capital is 96.3 metres. This has been a record in the history of Unibep SA - until now the highest building was Aura Sky - about 90 metres.

On 10 April 2020, Unibep SA concluded an agreement with Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Mlekovita in the city of Wysokie Mazowieckie concerning the construction of a freezer facility and two warehouse buildings with the necessary infrastructure. The value of the agreement is PLN 26.35 million net.

The Unibep Capital Group ended 2019 with a net profit of PLN 30 million, i.e. a 9% increase compared to 2018, with sales of PLN 1.66 billion, i.e. at a level comparable to last year. These results are in line with the expectations of the management board and are part of the plans for the whole of 2019. The order portfolio includes orders in the construction and infrastructure segments for the amount of approx. PLN 1.9 billion (including approx. PLN 1.3 billion for 2020). We carry out active acquisitions in each business segment to build a portfolio for 2021 and following years. At the end of the year, we significantly improved our cash balance compared to last year.
