The Agreement for Safety in Construction presents a document showing that the number of casualties in accidents at construction sites in Poland has decreased almost twice from 8,684 to 4,743 over the 10 years of the organisation's operation. The number of fatalities per 100,000 employees has decreased fourfold in the construction industry today, compared with the last decade. This is largely due to the association of the biggest construction companies in Poland, which works for the improvement of work safety.

On Monday, 19 October 2020 a consortium of companies: Unibep SA with its seat in Bielsk Podlaski (Consortium Leader) and Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowo - Mostowych "TRAKT" Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Wysokie Mazowieckie (Consortium Member) signed an agreement for implementation of a road investment called "Expansion of the national road No. 66 on the section passing through Wysokie Mazowieckie" The ordering party is the State Treasury - General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, branch in Olsztyn.

It was not a usual agreement signing, as on 5 October 2020 in the very centre of Bielsk Podlaski, Artur Kosicki, Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship and Adam Poliński, Infrastructure Director of Unibep SA, i.e. the company that will perform together with partners the reconstruction of the road section from Bielsk Podlaski to Hajnówka, officially signed the agreement.

On Monday, 5 October 2020, at the headquarters of the Municipal Office in Bielsk Podlaski, an agreement was signed for implementation of the investment called "Reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant in Bielsk Podlaski along with the reconstruction of the main pumping station with accompanying infrastructure" as part of the project called "Enhancement of  wastewater management in the city of Bielsk Podlaski".

Investors, the general contractor and invited guests took part in the ceremonial laying of the cornerstone for the construction of Fama Jeżyce - the largest investment under the Nowe Jeżyce, a city revitalisation concept for this district. Ultimately, on an 8-hectare plot of land, which made the premises of the former Wiepofama factory, there will be built around 2.5 thousand m2 of apartments with the accompanying infrastructure. The first stage of the investment will be ready at the end of 2021.

Sales of apartments of the Idea Omega have started. It is a housing estate in Wacyno, a city district of Radom. Unidevelopment SA has been implementing there a multi-stage housing estate investment called Osiedle Idea since 2015. Most recently the developer has presented 137 apartments with the floor area from 37 to 78 m2. What makes this investment special is its attractive location - within short distance from the very centre of the city of Radom and in close vicinity of green areas.
