The analysts of the Brokerage House of Bank BPS, in the report of 7 September 2021, set the target price for shares of Unibep on the level of PLN 17.00 which gives potential for the price to grow by 31.8% in relation to its current market price. The report was issued while the share price was PLN 12.90. The report was developed by Brokerage House of Bank BPS at the request of the WSE as part of the Stock Exchange Support Program for Analytical Coverage. The author of the report is Artur Wizner.

“We see the biggest opportunities in the residential, office, and industrial construction segment. This is as a result of the visible recovery in the Polish industry after the pandemic and increase in foreign investments. In the longer term, the segments of Infrastructure (Reconstruction Fund), real estate development, and the increasingly popular ecological modular houses of Unihouse should contribute to the results,” stated the author of the report. “Among the potential hazards to the value of the Company, we see the rising prices of construction materials and increasing pressure to increase remunerations.”

“Approx. PLN 16 million of net profit (increase by approx. 70%. yoy), with sales at the level of approx. PLN 694 million (decrease by 5% yoy) – these are the results of Unibep Group for the first half of 2021. The boom on the development market continues. Residential, office, and industrial construction as well as infrastructure segment are doing well. Modular construction, despite a significant increase in sales, still has to improve its result. Our backlog of orders in construction and infrastructural part makes approx. PLN 2,2 billion, of which the second half of 2021 is worth approx. PLN 1 billion” wrote in his letter to shareholders Leszek Gołąbiecki, the President of the Management Board of Unibep SA. On 31 August was published the report for the first half of 2021 with the results of Unibep Group.

On 18 August 2021 in the Factory of Modular Houses of Unihouse SA in Bielsk Podlaski, the official presentation of the new work of Prof. Leon Tarasewicz took place. It will be also exhibited in the Polish Pavilion during the World Expo 2020 in Dubai. This special meeting was attended, apart from Leon Tarasewicz, by Artur Kosicki, Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, Marta Zielińska, the coordinator of the Programme of Regional Promotion and Cooperation with Universities in the Expo Team in Dubai, and Jan Mikołuszko, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA. The conference was also attended by journalists from several editorial offices.

Przemysław Janiszewski took up the position of the authorised representative of the Management Board for Ecological Construction in Unibep SA.
He is a graduate of the Białystok University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He also completed the Master of Business Administration studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw, as well as International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland and the IESE Advanced Management Programme in Barcelona.

Approx. PLN 24 million net – this is the value of the agreement signed with Biawar Produkcja Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Białystok. The Agreement concerns extension of a production and warehouse hall with a technological line for the production of water heaters with the required and accompanying technical infrastructure and land development.

Nearly PLN 9.8 million of net profit (increase by over 250% yoy), with sales at the level of approx. PLN 307 million (decrease by 11% yoy) – these are the results of Unibep Group for the first quarter of 2021. The presented results are mainly the effect of very good sales of flats in our development segment. The value of company contracts in construction and infrastructure amounts to approx. PLN 2.4 billion, of which the three remaining quarters of 2021 amounts to approx. PLN 1.1 billion – wrote in the commentary to the report for the first quarter of 2021 Leszek Gołąbiecki, President of the Management Board of Unibep SA.

On 28 May 2021, a consortium of companies consisting of Unibep PPP Sp. z o.o., based in Bielsk Podlaski (Consortium Leader) and Unibep SA based in Bielsk Podlaski (Consortium Partner) concluded an agreement with the Małkinia Górna municipality (Public Partner) for implementation of the task called "Construction of social housing in the municipality of Małkinia Górna in the formula of public-private partnership". This is the first agreement of this type signed by Unibep Group and also the first agreement in Poland in that formula for construction of social housing.

In the first quarter of 2021 Unibep Group generated the net profit of approx. PLN 9.5 million (last year for the same period – PLN 3.2 million), with sales in the amount of approx. PLN 307 million (last year in the corresponding period ¬ PLN 347 million). These are the preliminary, estimated data released yesterday evening.

The contract for the design and construction of subsequent section of the S19 expressway in the Podlaskie voivodeship has been signed. This time, it is the Krynice (DK65) – Dobrzyniewo – Białystok West (S8) section to be completed. It will be implemented by a consortium composed of PORR SA with its seat in Warsaw (Consortium Leader) and Unibep SA with its seat in Bielsk Podlaski (Consortium Partner).

A subsequent stage of Jabłoniowa Aleja investment in Choroszcz implemented by Unihouse SA on behalf of the company Polskie Domy Drewniane has been completed. All houses have been assembled leaving the construction team with finishing works and connection of installations. On this occasion, a topping out took place.
