The Eastern Construction Cluster is an association of more than 100 companies operating in the construction industry, the seats of which are located throughout the country. UNIBEP SA belongs to the Cluster almost since its foundation.

The main objective is to support institutions and entrepreneurs operating in the field of construction services by creating a stable framework for cooperation, to build innovative networks based on the transfer of knowledge, technology and innovation solutions among the members of the Cluster, business environment institutions, research and scientific units as well as research institutions, and local governments in order to develop a strong competitive position in the field of construction services in the Eastern Poland region, and in particular in the Podlaskie, Warmian-Masurian and Lublin Voivodeships.

The members of the cluster are such companies as: Unibep, Budrem, Kombinat Budowlany, Ekosystem, Palisander, Ferrox, Unicell Polska, System KAN–therm, Białystok University of Technology, Białystok University, Scientific and Technological Park in Ełk, or the Polish Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer.

In September 2015, the Eastern Construction Cluster received the status of the National Key Cluster, which is awarded by the Minister of Economy only to an elite group of clusters that through their actions contribute to the development of entrepreneurship and competitiveness of the regions, and thus the entire economy.
